Free Site Consultation
We come to you. Will visits your property for an initial meet and greet where we listen to your ideas, discuss your budget and preferences, and assess the site. We can advise on design options, council consents, and what the overall building process will look like for your specific project. Need an architect? We can connect you with trusted partners.

Design & Costings
Once you are happy with a direction, we work with your architect to refine plans and provide a detailed estimate. This gives you a realistic picture of overall costs, no surprises down the track. For heritage villas, this is where we assess what is behind the walls.

Consents & Contract
Working drawings go to council. We handle resource and building consents, including heritage approvals where required. Once consents are in hand, we prepare a transparent fixed-price contract using standard NZCB or Master Builders contracts. We also provide a complete list of client-supplied items and costs. Nothing is hidden.
The Build
The exciting part. Your dedicated project manager oversees the smooth running of your build with regular progress updates and open communication. We coordinate all trades and manage timelines and budgets. Will is personally involved in every project.
Handover
A detailed quality inspection and final walkthrough. We do not just hand over keys. We make sure every detail meets our standards and yours. Any snagging is sorted promptly and without fuss.
