This heritage villa in St Mary's Bay required a complete modernisation while preserving the original character of the facade. Working with the homeowner and their architect, we restored original sash windows, added double-glazing, re-piled, insulated, and extended the rear to create a modern open-plan living area connected to a new outdoor entertaining space.
